0-to-1 Innovation

I lead the Innovation Wearables team, where we were creating brand new categories like Open Audio and Augmented Reality. We executed mixed-methods research projects in order to define product requirements and go-to-market strategies. I lead all insights activities - from product and design research to pricing studies to downstream marketing creative testing to shopper’s insights studies.

A wide range of methods

Not only was I doing end-to-end product and marketing research, but also I did a wide range of usability, ergonomics, and anthropometric studies. And even leveraged the data from our first cloud-connected devices to create personas based on real-world user behavior. From there, I created the first quantitative research group at Bose.

Research operations

Given my knack for process, I was also in charge of building our Bose User Research Panel and led internal process and technology development and maintenance, including data storage and deliverable sharing, project management. I created and trained UXR staff on data governance best practices, legal requirements, and privacy policies, too!
