Impact

Our primary mission is to help people get (better) jobs and employers to make the hire. My team collaborates and aligns across Job Seeker and Employer businesses to tackle key initiatives and OKRs, including product changes that drive job relevance, positive outcomes, hired signals, growth, and revenue. We also drive new 0-to-1 product launches in support of making Indeed the best matching marketplace and career companion.

Ultimately, our research aims to develop multiple product/UX visions, guidelines, and foundational strategic research to get folks closer to the hire, faster.
